Free Shipping* – Eclipse Smart Home offers free GROUND shipping on all Continental U.S. orders for authorized dealers & distributor customers. Ground shipping in the Continental United States is usually delivered within three to seven business days.
When We Ship – Eclipse Smart Home makes every effort to ship in-stock items the same day. However, some circumstances that are beyond our control may delay the shipment.
In Stock Items – Eclipse Smart Home ships all in-stock items within one business day of placing your order. Eclipse Smart Home guarantees same day shipping for in-stock products on orders that are placed using overnight service and orders placed before 3PM EST.
Out of Stock Items – Out of stock items will ship one business day after restocking and will ship via your selected shipping method. No adjustment will be made to the shipping charge in this case as the items will still be shipped via your originally requested method. UPS & FedEx reserves the right to delay residential orders by 24 hours and Eclipse Smart Home cannot be responsible for this delay. Please contact us if you have questions regarding this policy.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping – For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii we recommend using two-day air
All Overnight and 2 Day Shipping – UPS & FedEx reserves the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and we WILL NOT issue any refunds for this reason.
PO Box, APO and FPO Shipping We ship exclusively with UPS & FedEx and, therefore cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Canada Shipping – Eclipse Security ships to Canada via UPS. Deliveries can be expected in three to five business days after ordering. Additional shipping cost may apply after the weight and amount are calculated
International Shipping (Outside North America) Eclipse Security ships to international addresses via UPS. Deliveries can be expected in three to seven business days after ordering. Additional shipping costs may apply after the weight and amount are calculated
